Pegasus Needs A Program Manager

ACTEA affiliate Pegasus is expanding and needs the right person to manage, coordinate and promote their horse facilitated therapy programs.

If you:
– are a mature individual who likes people,
– have the required RDA Coach accreditation or equine accreditation that can be fast-tracked to a RDA Level 1 Coach, and
– are progressive and innovative

you would love the role of Program Manager at Pegasus providing horse facilitated programs for people with a disability and working in a small team in a professional farm environment liaising with Pegasus’ Volunteer Coordinator, Coaches, Horse Manager, staff, riders/families, and volunteers.

Selection Criteria
·RDAA Coach Accreditation, or Pony Club Instructor Level 1, or EA Level 1 Coach Certification
·Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
·Flexible and adaptable to change with an ability to work under pressure
·Ability to manage staff, including scheduling of sessions
·Good stakeholder management
·A practical, ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to contribute within a small, dynamic team
·Experience with MS Office essential
·Commitment to the core values and aims of Pegasus; cultural fit with the team and an understanding of Pegasus objectives

Permanent full time position; $60,000 to $70,000 based on skills and experience.
